CHANGING 50T TO 60T ON COMO (PROBABLY APPLIES TO LEVO, KENEVO, VADO)

Changing from 50T to 60T without reducing the rear sprocket increases the belt path length, and Gates only has a discrete number of sizes. You may want to clarify if you had to get a longer belt that fitted within the wheel adjustment available.

ZEN PHOTON-ONE SMOOTH RIDING E BIKE

How directly proportional to the pedal pressure it feels, coming on proportionally when you press on the pedal, and off when releasing that pressure. Any experience of that on uneven off road...

Are There Class 4 E-Bikes With Belt Drives?

That seem like a very generic statement. I would say it all depends on the specific usage case and the people priorities :)

Torque sensor mounted on throttle connection

I did something similar on my bike, I had to design my own torque sensor as I could not fit any existing one, but as far as the connection, it is connected in parallel to the throttle. You do need to make sure the Voltage range is the same as the throttle (usually 0 to 5V), and you may want to...

Cadence sensor driven rear hubs.. adding a torque sensor to existing systems?

On yours I would not regen at more than 2.45A /cell or 12.25A x 48 = 590W My battery is a 12S12P but with older 18650 cells that only do 1.7A charge, so I am limiting my regen to 25 battery Amps which is max 1200W BUT, on my bike, The controller Can modulate the voltage to get more Motor Phase...

Cadence sensor driven rear hubs.. adding a torque sensor to existing systems?

If your battery is a 48V 25Ah with these cells it is probably a 13S 5P configuration 5 cells in parallel provide 5 x 4.9Ah = 24.5Ah These in series 13 times create 13 x 3.6V = 46.8 Volts (manufacturer often use 3.7V for their calculations... hence the 48V) If so, then its max safe charge...

Cadence sensor driven rear hubs.. adding a torque sensor to existing systems?

It depends on the cells used in your battery and their configuration (serie / parallel). Each battery cell model has a max continuous discharge and a max charge amp number, they are not all the same.

Cadence sensor driven rear hubs.. adding a torque sensor to existing systems?

Regen has to be implemented properly by the controller and the BMS. The controller and BMS need to know what max charge current the battery can take, and once it does, it will activate regen up to that amount limiting the amount of regen so it never damages the battery. It will also make sure...

Cadence sensor driven rear hubs.. adding a torque sensor to existing systems?

A good controller should take care of that automatically and not create any regen if there is no way for it to go anywhere.

Cadence sensor driven rear hubs.. adding a torque sensor to existing systems?

No need to do that because the magura brake lever switch is at the very beginning of the lever action. During that early pull, it does not apply any mechanical brake. So if I feather the brake lever I only get the regen braking, and if I do need to add mechanical braking (extreme descent...
