It has to be the connection. Take it off and check for broken or bent pins. If OK, reconnect and make sure it is well seated.

Thanks. I'm running Schwalbe Big Ben tires rated at 35-70psi and run the rear one at 60psi. Maybe I'll bump up to 65psi.

I've had several broken spokes and have managed to replace them without removing the wheel. I just had my 1st breakage that would normally require removing the wheel and disc to put the replacement in properly. I chose to put the replacement in backwards as suggested above. I'll have to see how...

I own an Amego Infinite+ which is basically an NCM Milano+. I was visiting a friend last week and he had just received a T720 and I took it for a few short rides on it. My observations: Re the two motors, the G26 seems a bit beefier and definitely wider to fit in the wider wheels of the T720...

Interesting...can the existing C7 or L7 display be used with that controller or do you use a different display and just retain the motor from the original setup? Is this a practical setup for permanent use?

I probably should have said "slightly more natural feel" although this is subjective of course; it's been so long since I permanently switched to Eco that I don't remember what the other modes felt like.

I know the T1000 has a different motor (G26) than the other NCM bikes (X15), but not clear what the difference is nor whether there is a controller change as well that causes this power setting to be unavailable.
