Both actually! The bike seems rather gutless now. Mileage is about 850 but 85% is steep hills. Purchased in 2019. Chain does not feel like it is skipping. Thanks for the video...I’ll tune in. 🚴‍♀️

This is the “hook” to the lock mechanism. Visible without the battery.

I have the same issue with my Liv. The key mechanism seems very loose. (I can almost spin it around.) I was hoping for an easy fix without having to pull off the plastic housing for a better look.....
