    Happy wife, Happy Life!

Weren’t you considering returning this one as well? Something about the motor tuning not being up to your expectations……? Edit: Sorry, it looks like you are trying to sell it, not return it. They don’t take returns? Post in thread 'Happy wife, Happy Life!'...

If I were Specialized, I’d kindly ask you take your business elsewhere. Kinda like Trek did with the “Guru”. How many bikes have you returned now (including non Specialized)?

Proper seats/saddles (especially for an e-bike)

Shouldn’t you be off the seat when stopped? You aren’t riding a beach cruiser. Seems like you may have bought the wrong style of bike for your needs?

    Kickstand mounting bolts stripped

Then they were likely not installed correctly. Assuming there is an adequate amount of material thickness, when installed properly, Helicoil threads are typically stronger than the original threads.

    Which brake first?

This is not true. Cars typically apply more braking force to the front than the rear. It’s called brake bias. https://www.buybrakes.com/help/what-is-brake-bias/

Vado 5.0 IGH versus Tero 5.0 (EQ pack)

I suppose, if you’re ok with being limited to a fixed number of presets versus being able to adjust the cadence from 30 rpm to 120 rpm in 1 or 5 rpm increments.
