Why not try this... Take the gender adapter cable (Male-Male) and cut and spice it back together matching Pin to Function. Keep in mind that the PIN number system is also proprietary on your bike and different than typical. Probably best to draw it out before starting.

I'm not understanding this feature of being able to switch between torque and cadence and it's appeal. I've have both and torque wins hands down for a natural feel. And there's nothing that the cadence bike does that I can't do with the torque sensor bike. Perhaps this is appealing on low power...
