I doubt it but I would try a reset on them by holding the power button in for 15 or so seconds. if that does not work try taking them to a shop and having them hooked up to their machine maybe it can do it.
the other one requires a crank puller to get the crank off once you remove the bolt. I think that's the one you have as the bolt is retained on the self extracting one.
Man it was 55 degrees with wind when I left work sun was somewhat out. started raining a bit but my wind jacket and my rain-resistant work pants were fine. till halfway home. 22mph winds and it was pouring like crazy. It would have been pointless to stop and put on my rain pants so I was soaked...
sure my bosch nyon does it and if I mapped out a route it would let me know how much battery I would need. same with specialized. but it takes a very good well-managed battery to be able to do that kind of prediction.
most of my issues have been valves. either coming loose and plugging up. Now they stay tight and pedaluma's idea of using silicone grease takes care of plugged valves. but the valves themselves can still plug up but its easy to fix.
my first e bike had a dapu mid-drive. even just lightly resting your foot on the pedal would activate it. You had to hold the brake levers to rest your foot on a pedal.
