The only thing about auto mode I wish were adjustable is the level of assist overall. I find it a bit too aggressive.

    Como Crank Sprocket Change.

It should not, as the sensor counts revolutions off the rear wheel. However, power measurement and assist must change because of it.

    Turbo Levo Tuning

When I did mine, the readings got out of whack. On the Como 2.0, I never got the speed boost, but the mileage and speedometer were weird. I managed to get it close to being right again. But because of the unpredictable results, was deterred from doing it again. My guess would be if you exceed...

    Turbo Levo Tuning

I'd go back to your LBD and have them reset it. I tried with mine but never got it right again with Mission Control. Then the frame broke at the motor and I got a new bike. I haven't messed with the Bluetooth on it.

What Real World Range Are You Seeing With Your Specialized Turbo?

I read somewhere, in Specialized’s site last year, that you want to bring your battery in where the temperature is above 35 degrees F for charging and storing. I ride in 40 degrees here and the range seems no different than at 70 degrees. It’s relatively flat here, but frequently windy (near...

What Real World Range Are You Seeing With Your Specialized Turbo?

It's tough to determine the year by features as they overlap a bit. If you are getting the TCD-W display installed, you'll be able to tweak your rides. And you'll be able to see battery health/condition. The dealer should be able to tell you too once they plug it into their diagnostics/setup...

What Real World Range Are You Seeing With Your Specialized Turbo?

When you get your display replaced, download Mission Control. It will report on the health of your battery. What year is your bike?

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

I think all the US bikes come with EU software until the dealer updates it.

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

They just need to do the full update for you. I picked my Como 3.0 up before they did that and had the same problem. Took it back, they updated it, and all was well. And it only takes 10 minutes. I also had them adjust the circumference so that I get a full 19.5 mph out of it. On the Como, that...

Excellent. I sure hope they've solved these issues on our 2020s...

Sorry to hear this. Hope you get a commensurate replacement bike in short order. Please keep us posted.

Glad that it worked out for you, Ron!

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

The Tektro brakes on my 2020 3.0 Como are better than the brakes on the 2019 2.0 were. Glad to hear you have a solution. Hopefully, spring will come early.

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

I am sorry to hear about your bike, Ron. Thanks for the photos of the cracked area - they are the first I’ve seen of the actual crack.

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

Well, if there's any good news in this, it's that your LBS will be able to make sure the motor is Loctited in and do whatever they can do to ensure it won't come loose. As far as the serial, doesn't that follow the bike? I would think that you could get some sort of certificate that makes it...

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

So, it will be a 2019 2.0, platinum color? In exchange for your 3.0?

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

Here are two photos - the open motor is taken from a Specialized video. You can see how and where the motor mounts. While the motor is not exactly integral, the frame down there gets pretty thin. I would imagine that Specialized could reinforce this area with a piece of steel brazed onto the...

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

One thing...long before I heard any noises or felt anything weird, I noticed that the front chainring/sprocket was oscillating slightly. Looking straight down at it, I could see that there was slight movement, but at the time figured it was a part of the e-bike mid-motor experience. Clearly, I...

Loose Motor on Como 2.0 UPDATE: Cracked Frame (Vados too)

A good amount of disassembly needs to be done to inspect the frame. And long before the frame breaks, the motor becomes loose (which I believe is what causes the frame to break).

Hi, I just got a Brooks B67 saddle or my Como 3.0. I am wondering if you can share how you mounted the seat light to yours. I've not yet swapped the seats and am trying to figure out how to do that. Thanks, Bob
