    Pedal Assist Only

Another option is to have your wife choose a bike which she likes/loves and convert it with an add on system such as Bionx as my wife did with her Raleigh as seen in the pictures. Would not have been my choice for her but she loves it and when the wife is happy, everyone is happy, lol. No...

    My first build! 750w BBS02/48v 13ah

I love it! Looks like a GD mean machine and fully loaded. Very cool and definitely one of a kind. Must be a blast to ride especially since you designed it. Any problems with the family jewels when you stand over the top tube? Maybe just wear a protective cup to be safe, lol. Have fun!

2015 Ghost Rider, It's like they read my mind.

Looks like a very cool ebike, somewhere between a fat bike and and a hybrid. Just test ride it first if you can to make sure it feels good. Otherwise just have fun and keep us up to date. Probably the first one here to own this so we are interested in reviews.

My 2015 EVO Street Has Arrived!

Imho unless you weigh 10 lbs or less you have to use pedal assist on every hill. These are not scooters, and you can't just use the throttle to avoid hills. I've ridden numerous ebikes now and can tell you that non of them are designed to simply scoot one up a hill on throttle only. Ebikes...

Voltbike - Interceptor , anyone with experience dealing with them?

I too did some research recently on Volt Bikes and could find very little info anywhere. However, if you can get local sales and service and a decent warranty if at least one year and you like the bike and the price then it could be a great fit. Just make sure that they can service it locally...

Byxee safety device that detects hazards

One more thing to add to my handle bars? I have no more room... grips, twist throttle, bell, light, brakes, and thumb shifter...no more room for the love of. Enough already and just quit checking your iPhone while you are riding and pay attention to the road....cost $0, safety factor, priceless.

How hard to install Body Float seat post?

Agreed. Definitely watch the you tube videos on how to adjust to proper tension, and first of all make sure to order it with the proper spring configuration based on weight and riding style, the Tech Support people at BF are very helpful with this. The saddle install and adjustment is easier...

    Oh, my poor, aching ...

Please don't tell my wife about that monitor that measures "percent of time erect", lol. She'll strap that to me every time we go to the beach, God help me, LOL.

    No-Car-Kitty-Cargo e-Bike - A Very Cool Bosch Cargo Bike

Lol. If Court can find one place for improvement or complaint it's usually the lack of a water bottle holder or space for one. I love his reviews , but someone more tech savvy than me should do a compilation of Court's videos where he is complaining (or mentioning, lol) about no water bottle...

Isreal's not playing around with some imports

A nice way to get 700 free ebikes for the local Police departments, lol.

    Oh, my poor, aching ...

I wish I could comment, but since I am married my wife has my "low hanging fruit" locked up in a box somewhere and only let's me play with them when she's in the mood, lol. But seriously, I agree with Paul that a firm saddle where you are resting on your sit bones and not your crouch with a...

    Entry-Level Bike with Suspension?

That would be a great deal, especially during one of Performance Bikes specials of 20% or 30% back in store credit with the Team Performance membership. That's plenty of credit to customize it and buy accessories. I couldn't be happier with my DB trace, and if you can get to the Baltimore...

    Alt Water Bottle Holder

#5 Good placement, or you could also go with something under the cross bar for about $4.00 on ebay which works well, see my picture for more details. On top of the cross bar, ouchhh! on the privates when you have to stop or get off the saddle in a hurry, not much room to spare there. On the...

    700w challenge

This guy is a poser, not a bike rider, I like how he blew his nose at about 1:15 in the video. He probably hasn't been on a real bike since he was 10. Don't worry about him as you are unlikely to see him riding on your local trail anytime soon. A real Tour de France style of rider would have...

Can i still pedal with a hub motor?

That's a Rad trike my friend, great build! Absolutely one of a kind very cool. Definitely get a pedelec/ pedal assist system which allow you to use you own pedaling to help power the motor, versus just a throttle option. A pedelec system which measures cadence speed and torque (how fast and...

Suspension seat post vs suspension fork

Yes I rode for a while with the stock saddle and seatpost but it is what you would expect, a little hard on the buttocks on rough surfaces. The right suspension seat post and saddle make for a much smoother and more enjoyable ride, even on paved roads or trails, which feel much rougher at 20 to...

    Road ID

I always have my drivers license in my small case on the bike just in case someone has to notify my wife, uuugghh. Don't like the foreshadowing here, lol.

    Lost and Found

I lost my mind once riding on a congested trail, but no one ever found it or returned it. I'm probably better off without it, lol.
