Just shoot Tannus an email with your question. They will get back to you pretty quick with an answer. That's what I did. You can also buy the correct Tannus inserts with the correct size (smaller) tubes that you will also need from them.

Plenty of handlebar bags are available. I'm currently using the California Burrito Bag on all of my ebikes to carry my "kit" plus bike light and ABUS chain lock.

Because of the tilting issue I clamp onto the top tube. Difficult to get clamped because of the weight of the ebike but I can keep the bike level when working on it.

I bought several cheap tail lights and they weren't that bright in daylight. I found the Cygolite Hotshot Pro at 150 lumens. Super bright and multiple flash modes along with steady on. Best one that I found.

+1 on the Roadrunner Burrito Bags. I purchased the larger California Burrito Bag and it holds all of my repair kit, bike light and extra chain lock. Bought two more for my other ebikes. Rickshaw Bags makes several bike bags as well and various sizes (Bazooka Bag is a BIG bag).

If you need access to the rear of an SUV or truck bed then yes a tilting rack is worthwhile. Have checked the Hollywood hitch racks?
