Battery arrived from Ali Express- took two weeks from China which I thought was pretty quick. 48V 20AH rating. Once fully charged will see how much difference there is compared to standard 13AH.

Anyone who wants to make their NCM MOSCOW go a bit faster should look at the Tuning Chip for sale on E-Bay. It works on the L7 and C7 display-{not the C7 Off Road Kit). PAS 2 setting is set to give full power. 22mph on a full battery-Standard Moscow 27.5". Settings 1 and 3 to 6 work as normal.

Can I ask if yours is a standard or plus moscow? What display and battery are you using?. Not seen anyone who can get 30mph from one.

I have ridden my Moscow bike a lot off road and had no problem with the stem riser in the last 1000 miles. Obviously if you want to start doing jumps, etc you may wish to look at a different type. That said i'm not sure the Moscow is the right bike if you want to do more extreme off road biking.

Hi, no adjustment to the cables needed.Once fitted turn the handle bars fully left and right just to make sure any cables not being pulled. Mine was absolutely fine.

The power settings are normally about getting a faster acceleration up the top speed dependent on which PAS level you are on. If you are in Eco mode on PAS 6 you will still do the same top speed, it will just be slightly slower getting there.

Hi John, has your controller been ok when you use the 21AH battery. Just wondered if the controller is ok with the higher amperage.

I have a Moscow 27.5 with the 48v 13AH battery and C7 display. On the flat on PAS 4 around 15 miles per bar on display.

Have had an e-mail from NCM. Looks like they are trying to open a UK based website for spare parts etc. Hopefully by spring 2021. Fingers crossed!!!!!

Thanks, they say you get a new key lock part, it is that bit that comes with a choice of connectors. So the replacement battery should fit onto original lock/power connection.
