The new flat pedals with pins really make a difference in quality of ride. Feet stay more static unless you elect to move them which is good for injured knee and eliminates constant repetitive movement.

Been riding the Ergon ST for couple of rides and it feels good. Better than the Vado 5 stock saddle which wasn’t too uncomfortable itself. with I’ve $100 price difference it should.
