Looks pretty slick, @Ringo9 !!! As a fellow fatty rider, I can only say that I love mine! I haven’t had any flats yet, but I think it depends on where and how you ride it. Gravel trails and rocky/rooty dirt trails don’t seem to cause me any trouble. Welcome aboard!

Kind of surprised Rad doesn’t have something for you, salary… Maybe they want you to buy a RadRover. Well, whatever… 🤷‍♂️ Indeed you should look into Wahoo or Garmin for a solution for your bike, although I’m sure you could get the Cateye to work. I think that gets another “whatever…” 🤷‍♂️

It’s hard to envision the problem without some pictures, H. Are you saying that the key is not inserting far enough to unlock it? If that’s the case, then some lock lubrication and probably a paper clip to get at the pins at the back of the lock might be needed. But, are you saying the bike...

I guess it’s an adjustable stem, @efair . Not at all clear on whether that’s something they expect customers to adjust or not as it looks like you need special tools for it. Not sure.
