Glad to hear the SL is working for you. You are among few who really did research to learn what the SL can accomplish (and what it cannot accomplish) in advance of purchase. So good on you! I'm nearing the end of my 2nd season on the SL and still absolutely love the bike.

I vaguely recall that it is a 40-something mm torx bolt....only because I did not have the right tool to tighten mine up during routine maintenance. But I could be wrong.

Sorry I do not. I assume it is a large torx bolt and likely not something available at the hardware store. I'd call Rider Support and get one shipped....or visit your local dealer. That is almost certainly a specialty piece of hardware.
