    Online Purchase Warranty Service

On other non ebike purchases, have always had to pay shipping for parts on warranty claims. So this did not seem odd to me.

    Online Purchase Warranty Service

Have read a lot on this forum about how you are on your own with regards to online purchases. Especially when it comes to replacement parts and warranty service. Had an issue with my PAS no longer working on my Voltbike Bravo. Throttle still worked tho. Chris at Voltbike quickly responded to...

    Can we change the culture?

Not really had any bad experiences with other cyclists but have had a few encounters on a trail through the woods with people who have dogs off leash. Usually the dogs chase after me and I can outrun them. One time however a couple blocked the trail forcing me to stop. They then proceeded to...

    3M Glasses...

I specifically got these for winter riding as I found the wind whipping around my regular safety glasses was bothering my eyeballs.

    3M Glasses...

So far the best I have found. Foam rims seal against your face and the vents stop the lens from fogging.

25km/h? 32? 45? 60? What speed do you *actually* want on your e-bike?

LOL..My regular commute on my Voltbike Bravo involves speeds in the range of 35-40 kph. And the Merkava I am looking to buy next can do 95 kph. Obviously you have no clue really what speed some Canadians wish to travel...

Thought provoking bike industry article on impulse buying (discounting)

2 reasons I bought my Ebike online....no local LBS selling Ebikes & the price point
  17. erider_61

New to the forum. Few questions.

I am looking at buying an 8,000 Watt Merkava mainly because of the 120 km max range. The fact that in can do 95 kph is not part of the equation although I am sure I will travel faster than I currently do on my 40 kph Voltbike Bravo.

    Voltbike Growth

Voltbike Canada just announced their move to a 15,000 sq ft. warehouse facility with 4 loading docks that will allow them to double their staff. Personally I love their Ambassador program that makes me $100 for every test ride I provide that results in a sale...$300 so far. Looks like they are...
