    Happy wife, Happy Life!

The wife put about 25 miles total on the Lectric XP Trike; she feels that the in-laws are not ready for trike, I think she just wants to keep the trike for herself. Here's a sizing comparison with my road/gravel bike vs trike folded up: I even fitted the trike into my Toyota Yaris to be...

    Happy wife, Happy Life!

Nearly 17 years ago, I built my wife (4' 11") her first road bike out of a 34cm Fuji kids frame with 650c wheels, 155mm cranks. We rode locally, participated in events, worked our way up to century; tweaking the handlebar, saddle position along the way. Now (with 4k miles on it) she's still...

Current etrike offerings and buying tips

I've put about 5 miles on the XP Trike. My wife put about 25 miles on the XP Trike, still keeping it on the standard mode for eventually the trike will go to the in-laws soon. Wife keeps the PAS level at 1, pedaling along she's able to keep the trike moving along at 12 mph constant, even on...

    Forum Features: Your Opinion Wanted!

I would like to see an option for "night mode", dark color background for less eye strain, maybe less battery consumption on the web-surfing device, too.

    Second-hand ebike business option.

Interesting business model for used ebike (of different brand names) buy & sell with warranty. Upway office in Brooklyn is about 9 miles from where I work; likely I will go check it out on my way home sometimes. https://upway.co/...

Current etrike offerings and buying tips

I bought the XP Trike for my in-laws, they are in their mid-80's. Limited in their physical abilities, balance, stamina.. and height (5'2|" & 4' 9") I changed out the OEM cranks for shorter crankarms, installed seat with backrest, and a mirror.

    Happy wife, Happy Life!

My wife & I have been cycling together since we met back in 2003. Regular bicycles at first, then recumbents, then road bikes, nowadays ebike & etrike. Wife is 4' 11", not particularly easy to find bikes that can fit her and make her feel secure enough to operate with confidence. For ebikes...

    Lectric Folding e-Trike

Took delivery of my Lectric XP Trike. Here parked next to my wife's Fiido T1 PRO for size comparison, Wife's T1 is modified for rider below 5'. The rear fenders on the trike was bent up during shipping, upon arrival they were resting against the rear tires, preventing the wheels from...
