    Eahora xc100 parts

Looks similar to the deraileur on my Paselec G9. I removed the guard that is the same as yours. G9 is a 7 speed 11-34 freewheel, although the deraileur says 6speed.

    Paselec G9 Upgrades n Rides

The 34t chainring vastly improved climbing at the cost of top speed. 13mph is tops for pedaling. Stock tire (CST Jack rabbit) do great until things get wet. The mechanical disc brakes work well until steep desents. Had one situation coming down a mountain on pavement where the brakes went...

    Paselec G9 Upgrades n Rides

Found some inexpensive fenders that match the stock color. Only after getting muddy in a brief downpour! The 34t chainring required about 10 links removed from the chain. The chainline was off so moved chainring inward on crank. The fat/thin teeth on the chainring really hold the chain well.

Swapped out the cranks since the chainring was pressed together. G9 comes with a square taper BB. Went to a 34t chainring that better matched my intended use.

Need new sprocket/sprockets for more climbing ability

I had the same situation on my new Paselec hardtail. Stock was 52t front, 11-34t freewheel. I bought new cranks with swappable front and a 34t chainring. Climbs great but top pedal speed is 15mph. Perfect for what I'm using the bike for. Cranks and chainring was around $40...

How to sell an expensive e-bike

The difficulty in selling an ebike is proving the condition of the battery. Without some battery cycling electronics, it's difficult to assess. I've seen some nice ebikes for sale at <$100 due to "electrical problems". A warranty would be an great selling point.

    Paselec G9 Review

Out and about for the first ride. Ride was a mix of gravel and asphalt. Some 12miles in total. Take away from the first ride: 52t chainring makes getting started a challenge. 11-38t frewheel. Hills are also challenging with this gearing. The bike will fly easily cruising at 20+mph...

    Paselec G9 Review

Front tire is on and it has a big wop wop wop in it! Tire tread looks like a good combo tread. The rim has some damage. Attempted straightening and the bend is a bit much. After a few back and forth emails with the company, they agree to send out a new rim, sans tire.

Bars on Upside down to get the battery out and charging. Battery is held in place by a keyed deadbolt some 1/2" in diameter. The main power switch and fuse is shown. Battery out!

    Paselec G9 Review

Now to get everything out of the box. Bike came pretty much assembled, but with every bike it is highly recommended to do a complete and thorough inspection. Now to get the packaging off...
