Hi all. I'm doing my research for my first e bike and am interested in the Trance E+ 1 Pro. I am seeing people refer to Eco assist level and Eco+ level. What is the difference and how would I know which one I am using if I have the RideControl ONE controller?

PDoz, I do lock out the front and back shocks on my Anthem when I am riding easy trails or streets. It helps with power transfer.
