Contact your local Stromer dealer. Apparently, they don’t need your bike. There’s activation involved, so you need to be the registered owner.

Just got notifications from Stromer that the 3G network being shutdown in the US. My Stromer dealer is 40miles away and my Stromer is out of warranty. I’m thinking of self installing. Does anyone know where the cellular module is? Under / In the OMNI? Or in the frame body next to the controller?

Is that a cylinder lock? It should be able to easily defeated.... and replaced. Youtube is your friend. A lock smith can also help.

It's a little bit counter intuitive. For me, when I want more assist on my ST5, I'd have drop 1 or 2 smaller cog. I don't need to stand on the pedals, just learn to apply enough torque to singal the bike to offer full assist.

I've been using a waxed chain on my ST5 for about 1200 miles. Twice the chain popped off and that's when you really understand why you waxed the chain. I re-wax about every 500 miles. ( no particular reason)
