Sounds like the M8100 is a solution and a big improvement over the skipping with the 8000. I have one on the way.

Great news. To be clear you were riding fast in the 11t and experienced only a single skip? How’d you get your hands on a M8100?!?

Have to agree with @slocoach here - he is just suggesting WW take this feedback and incorporate into their design and future productions plans. I think we all appreciate that we are working with Watt Wagons vs Specialized here - or I would hope so. Improving a design that has the chain eating...

Second that! I just got this in today used and cheap. I have the full system with the big pulleys on its way from Garbaruk (not as cheap) as well. Seems the chainring spacing is the bigger issue though.

I like it but don’t fully understand it. Is that the dropper on the top in the second pic, next to the display?

Mine is the same. I slapped some frame protector on that spot but it’s going to wear down. Can’t wait to see if a spacer and Garbaruk solve this.

Yes, I'm riding the Hydra ~80% on trail and never getting near the smallest cogs, but the second you hit the street and want to do just moderate speeds this issue hits - and I am talking at only 20 mph or so. There's nothing more disconcerting than shifting into those gears and having the chain...

Would love to get some info from @pushkar and/or WW crew on the small cog(s) chain skipping issue. I know there are at least three of us currently suffering from this…

Good luck finding anything but the Garbaruk. Wolf Tooth and OneUp are discontinued. It’s hard to burn your money up.
