Zip ties work nicely

I dealt with the folks at Propel to get a cafe lock keyed to match a pair of folding locks I bought off Amazon. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I bought a Como 3.0 last summer. The shop I bought it from offers a tune-up at the end of the first season of riding. got the call yesterday that it’s ready to go! Now all I need is for the weather to cooperate. -10 in MN tonight.

Check out Hollywood Racks. They can use the smaller hitch ball and have a pretty good capacity.

Those dual reflectors sitting on the rack are amazing! And imposing!

I’m clearly in the minority here, but there’s a saying that goes “if you need you music at the beach you’re doing it wrong”. To me the same principle applies to bicycling.

I’m not Court but there’s likely a setting where you can shut off the battery assist.

+1 on a Hollywood rack. Look at the specs though; this one is rated for two bikes 50 lbs each. Also they’re mostly out of stock, of course so is most every other manufacturer.

Take the battery inside. Charge it occasionally. Not a bad plan to cover the connection.

Shouldn’t be a problem. Just make the copies before you lose them! I realize that makes no sense but you know what I mean...

Has anyone successfully attached a cafe lock to your Como? I’m thinking zip ties and 3M adhesive tape, but I’d like to do something more secure.
