My Hydra order from the end of January just shipped last Thursday. During that time, I reached out to Watt Wagons zero times. My sole question about customs clearance was promptly answered. Take from that what you will.

I am quite certain you received a medium frame unless the mold for the large has changed since earlier this year.

I think I spotted my frame! Large, black, somewhat glossy... just like Cerakote H-109.

And you removed your brake switches as well? The cabling looks so clean! I may follow suit if I can break the habit of resting my foot on the pedal at stops.

Do you recall the battery voltage before this happened? It may have sagged into the low voltage cutoff. It would be nice if the BMS ignored short sags below the cutoff.

Nice! The battery gauge appears to be displaying correctly for a 52 V pack. I was under the impression the 500C would indicate full for 54 V and only worked correctly for 48 V packs. Maybe this has been fixed? Where did you buy your display?

I've ordered an H-109 gloss black Hydra and will post pictures when I receive it. I'm expecting it to look more semi-gloss, though.

I would still buy the final product for my pending 1000W Hydra.

This might be your frame used in a Facebook post about the recycling service used by Watt Wagons. I ordered a default component build in late January that was confirmed in late February. I haven't received or asked for any updates since then.
