I've just purchased the radrinho its the 2020 250 version because I'm in the uk I've heard it can be upgraded how does this work and how can i get it done I'm afraid I am a laymen when it comes to electrics and mechanics would welcome any advice thanks.

Have put my Radrhino together but cant seem to secure the front wheel properly. Any advice please ?

Just taken delivery of my radrhinohave put it on charge after 3 hours the battery charger is red hot is this normal.
