I took the OP's post as a PSA nothing more nothing less. And if was contemplating ordering from said company I would expect a two week turn around. 5 days to process and get picked up and 5 days to go cross country. And if that can't happen then I would need a heads up from the company.

Which specific bike are you referring to that has better quality for half the price? I don't think I have seen a good quality ebike for $1250.00 But there are lots of bikes out there.

Looking at the RC Vice MTB shoes and the Five Ten Freerider Pro. I know the five tens are well liked just concerned about the width as I have a wide foot. Mostly urban riding just want something with a good pedal grip. Maybe just change the pedals? Anybody worn the Ride Concepts?

I have been looking at one of these of course I have a soft spot for small American companies. I have never regretted buying the best tool for the job. Price seems high until a year or so of use then it is hard to remember the price just the quality remains.
