    Creo Remote Control DIY

Dazmanturbo - curious if you've taken a stab at this modification and if so, can you provide a more simplified diagram of wiring? Thanks.

    New carbon wheels for Creo?

You're welcome. Note that the DT Swiss Hybrid Gravel wheelsets are 'hookless' while the Hybrid Endurance wheelsets are 'hooked'. With 'hookless', you need tighter tire tolerance i.e. tubeless tires (vs. regular clincher tires which may stretch).

Turbo CREO Comp SL - XS (Updated pics)

Here is the rear facing with 38mm tires (switched out the Schwalbe 40mm to the Panaracer 38mm, which were lighter and rolls a little better). On a separate note, does anyone know whether a 650b x 32mm 'road' tire exist? I've searched and searched. I see a bunch of 700cc x 32mm, but looking...

Issues with the Turbo Creo SL (all variants)

When you changed to NW chainring, I assume you had to replace the chain ring bolts also? Which NW chainring did you go with?

Turbo CREO Comp SL - XS (Updated pics)

Thanks! I picked up the wheels second hand. Unfortunately, I installed the Di2 setup and i placed the battery in the seat post (this is a Comp SL model which originally had mechanical shifters).

Now you have me thinking and curious 😃. How much weight did you shave with TI fasteners?

Turbo CREO Comp SL - XS (Updated pics)

Updated pictures. Replaced the stock wheels with DT Swiss HGC 1400 carbon wheels. Went with the 650b (27.5) wheel size. Installed 40mm tubeless tires. Replaced out the crank arms. Replaced back the 20mm offset seat post, and I think I'm done. Total weight (without Garmin and light) is...

Turbo CREO Comp SL - XS (Updated pics)

Hi, the stem in the picture came stock with the XS size. However, you can swap out for a different brand/length -- the CREO comes with an adaptor/shim to accommodate the standard 1 1/8 inch stems. Curious, which wheel builder do you use? I'm looking for one.

Turbo CREO Comp SL - XS (Updated pics)

Hi, at the moment, my wife only uses the cage on the seat tube for Starbucks green-tea frappuccino medium size cup :) She mainly uses the downtube cage for her water bottle. But, if you notice in the picture, i had to move the cage down a bit to fit 20oz size. I've been the one carrying the...

    New carbon wheels for Creo?

A lot of endless searching on google .... :) .... sent a bunch of emails to Campagnolo, Fulcrum, Mavic, etc... with no luck... :( .... and then decided to look @ DT Swiss website since they make the R470 wheels that came stock on the Comp SL... so, i assumed that DT Swiss had to make a carbon...

Turbo CREO Comp SL - XS (Updated pics)

My wife's new CREO Comp SL, size XS. Wife loves the bike, mainly because she can now ride with me on longer climbs (and even beat me up the climbs). She uses mode 1 for flats (25% assist and 35% peak) and mode 2 for climbs between 4% and 15% grade (35% power and 50% peak). At 15% grade, she's...

    New carbon wheels for Creo?

This was the the only area I didn't properly research before buying the CREO Comp SL for the wife. Wife loves her existing Campagnolo Bora One Disk wheels, and I thought I was going to swap out the DT Swiss R470 on CREO Comp SL Carbon... but found out Bora's didn't fit. The other option is the...

    Orbea Gain E-Road Bike

The wife went with the CREO Comp SL. Seems the standover height was tolerable with her mountain bike clip on shoes ... plus, my measurement of her inseam was just a tad off :)

    Orbea Gain E-Road Bike

Thanks both the suggestions. She test road some of the e-bikes and she did like the bottom bracket motor e-bikes... thanks again. The Vado did well, but she wanted a road-looking e-bike :) and therefore passed on the Vado. I wish we had a chance to demo the Orbea Gain M20 but none available...

    Orbea Gain E-Road Bike

Thank you for the response. I was looking at the CREO as an option as well, but the stand-over height would be a little high for her (even in XS size). Her inseam is around 27 inches. Plus, the reach is slightly longer, and the Q-factor is wider on the CREO. Yes, my wife is on the petite...

    Orbea Gain E-Road Bike

Hi. new member here and I have a question regarding the Orbea Gain. I'm looking to purchase an e-Bike for my wife to help her climb on steep climbs, 10% - 15% gradients. Her current speed on these gradients is around 4mph, with a low cadence of 45-60 rpm. On climbs with 4% gradients, her...
