Researching first e-bike. Could use some guidance.

Welcome to the forum. Depending on your area, I would visit as many LBS's and look at as many e-bikes as you can. My preference is to purchase from an LBS for service and warranty issues. The other option is purchasing over the internet. There are hundreds of company's that sell this way but I...

    Non-commuters: Daily routine?

While in Texas, I ride at about 8:00 pm for an hour ( too hot during the day). When we're in Colorado we ride during the day. Sometimes long rides and/or just around town. Lots of store and coffee rides.

Upgrade suspension fork or upgrade bike?

I'm a Specialized fan and like the Vado. The Vado and Moscow are two very different bikes. I definitely prefer Torque Sensor over Cadence (have had both). Let us know about your Vado test ride.

My XP 2.0 arrived today and I’m hesitant to open the box because…

Smart move, not to open yet. Did you document the container damage on the shipping papers before signing that you received it?

Specialized Turbo Vado/Como/Tero/Tero X User Club

Not exactly along the lines of the conversation but reminded me of a past fork experience. My first e-bike was a Rad Rover with a very heavy mechanic suspension fork. I replaced it with a solid fork (Surly ice cream fork) and the ride and handling improved significantly. If I had A Vado and...
