The Rockstar and the Cruiser are completely different bikes designed for different purposes. Riding on paved roads (primarily) does not necessarily require shocks. The Cruiser is there to fill a different need. So I'm not at all sure it is a mistake at all.

Well, for bikes costing this much, that's definitely not good. 🤔 Bulls is now off my list for my fall buy. :cool:

Buy cheap, buy twice. Go to a local bike store (Propel in Brooklyn, for one). Because at some point you will need service. Good luck getting anyone to work on a cheap online buy. Just my 2 cents.

Again, I wonder if this is really necessary. How often are these problems encountered?

I know their Aurora Limited uses a new 750 mid drive. But the other companies that have used their 250/500 mid drives have not reported good experiences and some have dropped all of these mid drives.
