    Lectric One

Seems like a strange setup. Why put a robust expensive drive train on a hub drive e-bike? Hub drive e-bikes barely put any strain on the drive train anyway. On the other hand, end user adjustable automatic shifting will allow the bike to be set for the peddling cadence and peddle assist the...

    I ordered Xpeak

They're a well known brand with a good reputation for support. Sometimes support is slower than they and the end user would like but they do get issues resolved as they come up, a little patience is sometimes necessary. In my opinion, you can't find a better value anywhere else. It's probably...

    XP Lite Modified

I've had the same issues on a couple new bikes made in China and a warranty replacement wheel on one of them too. Five wheels and all had the cones adjusted too tight.

    XP Lite Modified

That's a great solution then. The bmx bars are really smart too. The stock steering is pretty wonky feeling with the folding mech and height adjustment. A bit too narrow as well. The bmx bars fix all that and gives way more useful real estate on them too.

    XP Lite Modified

Very nice. I'm a little confused on your desire to change gearing for more torque. My guess is the 350w lite motor doesn't climb as well as the 500w xp motor and you have to peddle to help the motor out when climbing. Hopefully you won't have a ghost peddling issue at higher speeds but maybe...

Changing percentage of power within the power assist levels

Reach out to Area 13 ebikes, they carry some upgrade kits for some brands (not sure of your brand). Eggrider also has a programmable display but it only works with brands using a particular communications protocol on the controller (can't remember which one).

How Many Here Have Rotated the Stem on XP 3?

    new XP2.0

It seems error 9 is a controller error not a throttle error. You can go through all the connections but if that doesn't work then the controller needs replacement.

    XPremium Q's

I suspect you won't find a freewheel with 11 tooth anyway. Only way to fix the ghost peddling is to increase the size of the front chainring. Will likely need a longer chain. I got used to the PAS jump and actually ride PAS 2 then switch to PAS 3 at towards the end of the ride as the voltage...

    XPremium Q's

For transparency I own the XP 1.0 but am very familiar with the lineup. I have other bikes mid-drive, full size standard frames etc. Same fat tires, similar frame & gears. I've used suspension seatpost with the 4" tires. For me I vote meh, my wife has back issues and is a big fan of the...

    Clueless Slime question

Slim will prevent most thorn/nail/splinter caused flats. There may be a little pressure lost as some air can leaks out before the slime does it's job. Depending on how hazardous your paths are, your risk tolerance, and distance traveled from your start point (you can push the bike with a flat...

    Actual range of XPremium?

Pg 46 of your manual says to push the button on each battery to take it out of "sleep mode" and or to activate the led battery bar charge level. So it is likely you only pressed it on the main battery on the downtube.

Lectric XP - Correct Threading Die

Don't you have a local bike shop to take the old and new fork to? Probably charge less than the cost of the die....

What will it take to convert a 2.0 to accommodate 4” tires? Post links if you got them!

Check out the 20" tires on RAD Ebikes site. They have a couple street tread in stock that'll work. They are big enough to get tires Ebike rated that are not available elsewhere. I'm thinking they are 3.25" to 3.5" but with street tread.

What will it take to convert a 2.0 to accommodate 4” tires? Post links if you got them!

If you're going from 4" to 3" the stock rims and all will work. I put the Kenda Kraze 3x20 with street tread on my stock XP. Much nicer ride on asphalt, concrete and still does gravel well. Not so good on dry beach sand but ok on damp.

    Xp2.0 what's a good derailleur replacement?

Depends on why you want to replace it. If it is broken beyond repair I bought this as it allows you to run 7-9 speed Shimano cassette/freewheel and can also handle up to a 45 tooth granny gear not to mention some other benefits over the Tourney derailleur that came with the bike. Great deal at...

What will it take to convert a 2.0 to accommodate 4” tires? Post links if you got them!

I would put the Kenda K-Rad or CST Big Boat road tires available from Rad Ebikes one is a 3" the other is 3.3" road/multi use. So much easier than replacement of fork, axle etc

What will it take to convert a 2.0 to accommodate 4” tires? Post links if you got them!

So if your front fork is too narrow for the tire you purchased then either switch to a slightly narrower tire or...... Replace front fork, front axle (because the drop out will be wider) add the correct width spacer to the axle. The front wheel bearings are loose ball cup and cone so you will...
