Considering buying a Turbo Creo - Questions

I've converted my Creo to 10 tooth rear cog by installing an XDR driver on my DT Swiss hub wheel. To convert to a 10 your wheel needs to be upgradeable to a new XDR driver. Some are, some aren't. In fact, if you can upgrade to XDR then you could even install a 9 tooth cog from a company like...

    2021 Creo Road Remote?

I am looking for this handlebar remote switch/buttons. I know some of you have installed this part and maybe went in another direction. I want to try flat bars on my Creo and need one of these. Not in stock anywhere: Specialized Levo FSR Top Tube Display Remote Like this...

Creo SL Comp upgrade to Carbon wheelset

I think these will do the job. Are they worth the price? https://mikesbikes.com/products/specialized-terra-clx-boost?variant=39385902219333

Need opinions from Creo and Vado SL riders

I only own the Creo and I too have neck problems and my bars are higher than my saddle. I tried flat bar bikes but never found bars or hand/bar combination that felt right. So many more hand positions on drop bars. Maybe go even higher with stem on Creo. It might look dorky but you might be more...

Is the Creo the lightest bike with Class 3 and assist buttons?

Calfee, a custom carbon frame builder in CA is doing ebike retrofits. Granted the retro will only be as light as the parts they add plus the weight of your existing bike...but they do use their own version of remote buttons tucked into the inside surfaces at the sides of the hoods. Their...

Turbo Creo SL Expert Evo/Road Info.

I think the only negative about my Creo WAS having to deal with the interface on the top tube. Not terrible, but pretty inconvenient. I installed my own remote buttons and now the bike is perfect. Finding YOUR location for the buttons can be a bit trial and error.

new Mastermind TCU. Will Creos be able to be updated? A new TCU with a screen, fields, and a ton o data.

check out this video of the new Mastermind TCU. I think spare ones are a long way off but I bet there will be a way to make them work on a Creo: https://www.emtbforums.com/community/threads/mastermind-tcu-2-how-to-guides.20309/page-2

    Creo Pedal Strikes

It's an ebike with a decent motor. When do grams matter?

    Creo Pedal Strikes

I forgot. I actually changed out the crank arms on my bike from the original 175 to 170. Maybe that's why I don't get pedal strikes. Duh. I think Specialized sells crank arms as spare parts or maybe these from Praxis will do the job - see #4: https://praxiscycles.com/product/alloy-ecranks/ Only...

    Creo Pedal Strikes

Those are big, clunky pedals. And there is nothing I know of in the Creo geometry that would make pedal strike more pronounced. I ride an XL with m8100 Spd pedals and have never even come close to scraping the pavement. Maybe try some double sided regular mountain bike pedals...

    2021 Creo Road Remote?

Call a competent Specialized dealer and they should be able to ID the part.

    Creo SL sizing help needed.

I have no issues with toe overlap but do prefer shorter crank arms. For cheap, my dealer sold me 170mm arms to replace the 175s that came on the bike. A way to minimize overlap? Perhaps!

    Creo SL sizing help needed.

I think unless you are concerned about headtube length (me) and needing to get your bars as high as possible (me old) then you can easily most of the time make up for size differences by raising the saddle via seat post and / or adjusting stem length and angle. I'm 5'11 and my Creo is an XL, but...

    Creo SL sizing help needed.

There should be geometry charts available for your existing bikes. And you can see geo charts for Creo on Specialized website. I can't help but thinking you should be able to come close to matching seat tube and top tube length (or reach and stack even better) from your old bikes to the Creo...

    Buttons on Creo Expert EVO

that's a smart question. i think the big ones are remotes for Shimano Di2 shifting...but why would there be two when there is no front derailleur? My point was the smaller button on the back of the bars and those appear to be the Creo remotes. Regardless think a bit before you or your dealer...

    Buttons on Creo Expert EVO
