Southwest Virginia. We have a new 4 lane in construction near my house. It is currently closed to automobile traffic. Great place to ride. The one picture is from the highest bridge in Virginia. For full disclosure, I was on my road bike. It's hard to give it up completely.

If it is any consolation, I live in Southwest Virginia. Culture is somewhat different here. I drive either a minivan, Prius, Suzuki Burgman, or bike/ebike. I am actively disrespected whatever I'm driving!

I ordered one for my wife on 5/18/18. Received it today(6/12/18). I ordered a Juiced CCS for myself and it took exactly two months. The CCS arrived in perfect condition. The Elegant was damaged. Box was in terrible shape. Now I will have to wait for a replacement front wheel.

I thought these bikes had big ol batteries to push them along. Why worry about rolling resistance? I just don't want to have a flat!

Let us know how the commute went. I've not received my bike yet but plan on using it for a 42 mile round trip commute, weather permitting. I've also got some small mountains to climb. You mentioned a steep hill. I would love some feedback on how hills/mountains affect the ccs.

I got the same two emails today. It is good to have some form of communication going out to us, even if it is somewhat generic. I imagine they are all so busy getting our bikes out the door our emails got put on the back burner.
