    World Class Product Support? Nope.

This board gave both sellers high revues. You are right that the local shops only sell the highest priced and only to those that can afford such lavishness for there pleasure. When I continued to insist the warranty be answered it was finally answer by a highly known international manufacturer...

    Is it worth it ?

It's 48V10AH with 500W hub motor with a defective controller and throttle. 20" x 4" tires. I'm 175 lbs at 5'3". I'm boxing it up to ship back to China for an exchange.

    Is it worth it ?

I have a very similar NAKTO and I don't want more speed. With there upright fork it's already dangerous at 15mph. I have had many motorcycles. The last one went 157mph. Now on my third electric.

    E bike with throttle

I've been informed 'The RULES' come from Europe. And they are enforced in 7 other states. I'm in Donnie's Wisconsin and they are enforced. 'Cranked' the largest emporium in northeast Wisconsin and 'Wheel-n-Sprockets' with 11 emporiums in Wisconsin and Illinois both refuse to work on all the...

Throttle or no throttle. That is the question

With throttle I pull around one of two trailers. One for two little ones and the other hauling heavy stuff. I can still go at least 14 miles if I keep to 9.5mph. Before I bought this Nakto 48V-500W hub motor (TREK of China) I had two e-Moto's with no PAS and a REAL throttle. 24V 250W would take...

    E bike with throttle

I know about the reach issue as well as having a war damaged leg. But throttles are illegal in many areas and more require registration and a license for motorcycle. As well as local dealers won't even sell them.

Yes after a year you will see some loss of power. The battery will loss power. Why not spend the money on the real thing. I prefer Honda and Yamaha. Richard

Radrunner 1 absolute tripe and company also beware

Remember you are supporting a Chinese company. In this country the laws have changed a lot over the past 4 years. Also good credit card companies don't put it on your bill until the seller supplies proof of shipment. Right now I've been trying to deal with Nakto in California through AMAZON. It...

Radrunner 1 absolute tripe and company also beware

So you've never dealt with them. No order number just a thank you and a charge on my American Express. Followed by excusses because of Covid-19 and finally a nasty refusal to ship. All I get now are a lot of advertisements. Is that how they do it in your country?
