    Kent states they use Samsung cells in their bikes. The hyper ebike are generic batteries which I confirmed thru customer service. A friend has the Kent bike and has been happy with it.

    Other options might be the Kent Step thru 700c 350watt or Hyper E-ride city 250watt , at Walmart online. Neither have throttle control but great return policy if you have a store locally.

    After doing some adjusting all is good no brakes rubbing. Everything seems to be in order no dragging on front or rear wheels. I Just notice a slight drag when the motor stops and motor and battery never warm.
