Well, the fork arrived and I brought it to a local shop to be installed (didn't have the time). Seems the fork on the bike is tapered (larger bearing on top) and this fork isn't. I'm so pissed. I thought the fat 26 forks were interchangable? What am I missing here? Thanks!
