Waiting 15 months for a refund, messages being ignored… Any advice?

Gonna add my two cents to this post. Take it for what you will. I’m not going to comment much on the lack of communication piece but only to say I’ve experienced similar with other companies. Seems to be more common nowadays. As for the bikes, I have two of them, both Hydras. I can tell you...

    Hydra screen question

You would think with today’s technology someone would have come up with a wireless display.

Have you seen the revised Helios?

Stop too quick and slide off the seat and you will be hitting the high note. Looks like a ball buster.

Way to tell if pedal assist is engaging?

It does use a torque sensor so if you’re not pushing on it hard enough it won’t kick in. Trust me, you will know when it engages. It’s very noticeable. With the bike on, does the speed increase on the display when you spin the real wheel by hand?

Way to tell if pedal assist is engaging?

I’d pay more attention to the wheel increasing in speed.

Way to tell if pedal assist is engaging?

In the higher PAS levels you should feel it kick in. It’s very noticeable.

A little Thanksgiving Day stress relief- Hydra Fat Bike Ride

Finally have some ride pics on my Hydra Fatty. This bike is stupid fun 😂 So freaking fast and comfortable with the Milhouse bars and full suspension. Rolls over just about everything. Oh and big shout out to Pushkar and the team for getting me back on the road. During the process of buying a...

    WattWagons Ti CT Fattie

I‘m tempted to get two for my bikes that have the D1X. Love the smaller footprint.

    WattWagons Ti CT Fattie

Buy it, you know you want it. Seriously, I do a lot of regular bike builds and make some decent pocket money doing it.

    Hydra screen question

My original display didn’t come with screws either. Couldn’t have used them anyway because the bars are for a 35mm clamp stem.

    Hydra on its way!

My solution is less is more. Ditched the throttle, don’t use it and one less wire to worry about. Archer D1X wireless shifter eliminates the shifter cable. Two down, one more to go. I use the Bafang 750C display which uses one wire vs the two that the standard display uses. Three wires/cables...
