Hurricane, a technician at Bosch suggested that, I too, should replace the power harness between the battery and the motor. Still under warranty so trying that is a no-brainer. Extremely helpful and accommodating. I'll keep you informed.

Here's my chain maintenance procedure......WAX then he updated the procedure with water... much cleaner drive chain. and it's cool too. Do a search, there's multiple videos showing the benefits and here's the wattage ratings of various commercial bicycle chain lubricants.....

First, remove the tire then remove all of the spokes, find a hacksaw and remove several inches off the wheel and weld the two ends together. With a new set of spokes, lace and true the wheel for balance. "Is there a way I can make this 24 wheel to a 20 " What does that mean?

Cool, I didn't want to change my helmet for a while. Good to see reports on both sides of the fence.

General consensus is a bike helmet's life, barring any accident, is only three years afterwhich the foam core begins to deteriorate. There should be a manufacture date in each of them as to when the helmet is made. Seems short but it may make a difference if involved in an accident.
