I'm curious to see how well their tech support helps folks outside of warranty. Sucks that these bikes only come with a 1 year warranty tho. But they have no real way to measure/track abuse (like a vehicle) to extend the warranty and justify the repairs due to true manufacture error/failure

For reference I had a weird issue pop up with my headlight. I was getting 50v with the headlight off and only 10v with the headlight on. Should be 0v with the headlight off and 50v with headlight on. Rad power bikes sent me a new controller. Either way - weird electrical issue over here as well..

I have noticed the same issue. I ride paved trails but sometimes I go off the paved trail to explore a little and found the rad rover had a hard time keeping constant power with just going over natures path.

Dang.. now I want a 52v battery. Better tq/acceleration would be great for me. ..A 2nd battery wouldn't be so bad. Great for camping trips on the coast where radrover + beach = can't get me off!

At least on the radrover - I can get up over the 20mph mark on flat land if I try. I do not believe there is any restrictions of going over 20mph except for the motor itself cutting out power. Anything you put in after the motor is all you!
