Need help with Haibike, M1 spitzing, stealth, optibike, Stromer, focus, or grace e bikes

I'm looking at if from the mechanical side. With a setup with only one sprocket in the front, there is a good chance that you will not be working as hard on the hardest gear with three sprockets in the back. If they have geared it so that it would be harder, then the sprockets would be tiny.

ok so there is one front sprocket and 10 in the back. It appears that the gearing isn't too difficult, probably a peddlec for the better reputation if that makes sense. I wonder if you would have more control peddling or using a throttle. I'd imagine throttle has much more acceleration.

    Optibike M7 or R8

Thank you! Pretty ridiculous to add so much money from the M7 to the R8.

I also like the carbon fiber frame. Since this is a mid drive I assume you will need to work the gears to your advantage

This is quite an interesting comparison. how hard would you need to peddle to reach max speed on the highest assist level??

Do you always need to peddle on it to accelerate?

All I can say is wow. It's about 10k for the maxed out version (r pedellec) that's just amazing

What I would do is buy a stealth fighter. pull the batteries out, and tape a bunch of 6s Lipo batteries together, and connect them with a standard rc banana connector. then for equal power you would have less weight, and a higher discharge rate

I agree with you on the bag approach. it doesn't protect the batteries, and it insulates their heat while pulling power, especially at that current rate.

I could ride anything up to about 90 pounds with no problem. I use to ride my bike with ankle weights, so the weight of a heavy bike wouldn't mind me. lighter bikes strike me as being less stable at high speeds.

true, but the hpc bike is a normal bike with motor and battery attached. They hold the batteries in a bag, which reduces the need for a custom frame, but think about putting that force on a standard bike frame. the manufacture of the bike probably didn't intend for this to be used the way it is...

I've got a mountain lion that goes through my backyard every once in a while. it is a beautiful cat. very lean, with short shiny hairs.

I would do 20 miles a day at 35 miles per hour.
