The Innova Pro GNEISS 26x4" LV-1003 tire has a 120 TPI, so I suspect yours is lower if it is not part of their Pro series.

1003 is better than 1002, so it seems they have a max PSI rating of 35? Depending on the exact model of the LV-1003 it looks like the TPI varies from 33 to 60 TPI. They have an e-bike specific one though, maybe that one has a higher TPI or they use a thicker or denser rubber. I'm impressed...

Check the cables are connected. The little silver/gunmetal screw connectors are known to vibrate loose, and it is hard to see the plugs look connected. Check all the connections.
