Bosch system can have lighting. I believe it needs to be firmware upgraded if it is not enabled. The Intuvia head unit has a dedicated button for lighting. Here is a copy of the 2015 Bosch manual: (Link Removed - No Longer Exists)

I just got a flat with tube filled with slime. Seems like it is just a tiny pin hole. So much for that stuff. We do use it in our dirtbikes with limited success, but Dirtbike tires are only filled to 12psi.

Thanks! For my wife's bike I need 3 inches. Would have been an excuse to get body float and compare against Thudbuster. I have no complaint with Thudbuster.

I do have Active line on my and my wife's bike. I put a 11-40t on my bike and a 11-42 on her bike. Stock was 11-36. I have been whining about the fact Bosch wouldn't let me upgrade to performance. That just bums me out. However, the riding in the Santa Cruz mountains Active line rules for range...

The Bosch system has little arrows that tell you to shift up or down. I haven't quite figured out exactly why or when they come on, but they seem to help when I notice them.

Can someone with a BodyFloat tell me the minimum seat height? Basically with the seat lowered as far as possible in the down tube, what is the height from the down tube to the seat rails? Thanks in advance!

Hmmm seems like a number of issues are getting mixed in. Firstly, I get passed on bike trails that have 15 mph speed limits (Los Gatos, CA) by normal bikes. So, that is a bike problem, not an e-bike problem. As for top speed, say 28 mph, I don't understand the issue...I see normal peddle bikes...

I got walk assist enabled on both my bikes (active line) when the LBS (Motostrano SF bay area) did firmware updates. That said, I don't use that button to get into programming mode, perhaps I am misunderstanding. Holding the the reset and info together for 3 seconds enters a mode for adjusting...

Yeah, I am coming across as frustrated. I really like the bike but would like the opportunity to swap the motor. Bugs me that Bosch won't let me do it and responded with a comment that "you don't swap the engine cars!" But enough I guess, I had another fun ride yesterday!

Hey, in reading your posts, were you able to upgrade your motor, or just replace it? I can't explain why, but I am "miffed" that in the US, Bosch won't let me upgrade from active to performance. I agree with your points about the Active line, but I can't comprehend why Bosch won't let me swap...
