All displays are 'after market' the motors do not come wit a proprietary display at that price point. Bosch MAY be the only vendor with proprietary displays, perhaps Shimano. APT makes displays for loads of bike manufactures, they get branded at the same factory with the respective Company Name

Brilliant idea, yes, standard 5 pin waterproof Connector. I only have a white clip connection on my first 2 ebikes and the 3rd had what appears to be the same connection but is a 7 pin. If I manage to get my hands on a 5 pin 500c, I'm laughing...then will know if it is even possible.

IGO customer service just responded to my request and basically told me no. We will not give you the password. NO other ebike company does this. Not one of our other 3 eBikes has this issue, as we were never locked out of those ecm's. Where is the arrogance coming from, or is it simply an iGO...
