Issues with the Turbo Creo SL (all variants)

I managed to fix the squeaking noise with my Evo. The issue is caused by a thin gap between the "ring" inside the rubber boot and the tall headset cap. Eliminating this gap fixed the issue.

Specialized Turbo Creo 28mph Electric Road Bike

The factory website specified the "Specialized Dirt" pedals which are actually good for me. But alas, they gave me a cheap pedal as well.

What's the best way to track rides with a Turbo Levo 2020?

I wanted to buy this for my Creo SL ... but the data available is very very limited, not to mention the display is not flexible.

What's the best way to track rides with a Turbo Levo 2020?

BLEvo is the app you want for your Levo, it was written for it. Connect IQ data fields are limited, just the battery and assist mode. You may want to use the Connect IQ app instead, since you have a 1030.

Specialized Turbo Creo 28mph Electric Road Bike

I could live with the pedal, but not the Sunrace cassette :D

Specialized Turbo Creo 28mph Electric Road Bike

Yes, as the regional distributor (Specialized Singapore) do not see them as a priority (their exact words when I asked). ps. Specialized Dirt is the designation of the pedal that's supposed to come with the Turbo Creo SL Comp Evo.

My first e-bike (Turbo Creo SL Comp Evo)

I have no idea. I sent that screenshot to the developer for clarification.

Specialized Turbo Creo 28mph Electric Road Bike

Yes, it does. And here in Southeast Asia, we do not get the Specialized Dirt, instead a generic pedal with reflector :p [edited: SEA not Asia]

My first e-bike (Turbo Creo SL Comp Evo)

I bought the BLEvo app for Android for the single reason that I want to monitor the biker power vis-a-vis motor power. Mission Control or the TCD doesn't even have these fields, in fact I don't know which data it sends to my Garmin for power. I have informed Paolo (the creator) about some data...

Does your Mission Control app show Eco, Sport, and Turbo?

Specialized Turbo Creo 28mph Electric Road Bike

It is the Comp Evo, you are correct. The custom wheelset is 2.285 kg and the Pathfinder tires 480 g each. In contrast my Niner RLT wheelset is 1.65 kg (Gipiemme Techno Ultra 1.55) and the Clement LAS 700x33 is obviously lighter at 290 g each. The X-Fusion Manic Gravel dropper seatpost is 410 g.

Issues with the Turbo Creo SL (all variants)

I'm going to add another build issue where the dropper post cable is insanely short compared to the others, clearly in this photo. The cable rubs the frame when steering to the left.

My first e-bike (Turbo Creo SL Comp Evo)

I rode with my friend of mine which proved to be the most challenging for the bike :D The route took 84+ km and over 1,600 meters elevation gain (highest elevation is about 647 meters). When my ride is done, I still have 27% battery left. I was always tailing my friend who is doing ~35 km/h so...

Issues with the Turbo Creo SL (all variants)

Hi folks, as some are aware I own a Turbo Creo SL Comp Evo. My intention is for us to be able to share notes about issues with our bikes and what are the resolutions. Here are mine: 1. Sunrace cassette I am aware that this version of Creo SL comes with a Sunrace cassette and it is what it is...

Specialized Turbo Creo 28mph Electric Road Bike

I only hear the motor whine when I don't put in more watts, shifting a gear (smaller) silences the motor in my Evo.

My first e-bike (Turbo Creo SL Comp Evo)

I have completed a 101 km on a single charge with 20% remaining. The total elevation is 1,800 meters. I run on customized settings and mostly Eco. But today, on 2/3 of the ride I used Sport as I'm tailing a very fast rider and took that as an opportunity to measure battery longevity. However...

Using Heart rate with Mission Control, Smart Control

Mission Control does not see my Garmin HRM which is ANT+ only even if the phone it's running on (Samsung S9) has support for ANT+ (Strava sees the HRM sensor). I think MC is BT only, and that make the feature useless for me now.
