Thanks, Bob, I appreciate the advice. I emailed the dealer today and they are sending me another plug. They said that the tether can just be pushed through the plastic hole and the covers do not need to be removed. Great news!

Awesome! I live in Sewickley but own a ski condo at 7 Springs and plan to ride your area a lot this summer. I have a few friends in that area with ebikes already and I plan to talk a few more in to them before summer gets here. I'll probably be picking up a second one at some point for family...

I got a few rides in already and am hooked. I'll ride more once the ground is frozen since my last ride was muddier than I really wanted to take a new ebike through. LOL
