Yeah.... i realize that the date is old but at least Harley Davidson Serial 1 picked a solid choice for their "go to" motor rather than some other sub par units. I am a fan of Riese Muller products specifically the Bosch Gen 4 as the pedaling is just so natural and i feel like i'm riding a bike.

yes.... problems are mostly interface issues between App and Hub - Lack of good detailed instructions on the proper use of the App before pairing it with the AutomatiQ hub.

I have the Harley Davidson Serial 1 speed with the brose mag s motor- I like the motor - very smoothly - esp paired with the enviolo AutomatiQ hub.

I have ordered a second MIK adaptor plate. I think (according to my measurements) i can place it on the front rack if i use the close in adaptor holes on the MIK plate. If i get a good mount then the rest is easy peasy.

Whenever I’m transporting Ebikes the very first thing I think about is weight? What’s the weight rating of the carriers? Kuatt is my go to rack with the 2.5 inch receiver. Added benefit of a maintenance stand feature makes it a winner!

I was having a difficult time attaching tail bags and panniers to my Serial 1. I decided to try the MIK adapter plate and voila, perfect fit and secure attachment!

@damage the weight of your Ebike, except getting it on and off your carrier is of little importance to your goal of getting in shape. Trust me when I say you will spend a small fortune if you start stripping and replacing parts for lighter ones - the higher speeds Ebikes move at create a lot...

@Kogel - did you have to do the hub calibration the enviolo app directs you to do?

My experience with Enviolo is they don’t like dealing with end users - I was referred back to the bike manufacturer and or LBS for an enviolo problem when using their App with their AutomatiQ hub - in my case with a Brose motor and controller
