Pulling out the controller to check for loose connections shouldn't void the warranty. That wouldn't make sense. They will probably suggest this when you contact them. Your not taking the controller apart just pulling out of the frame to check the connections. Not a big job or big deal..

There's no splice and dice. You un plug the cable that goes to your light now..You then solder an identical cable on to the new light so it plugs in to the factory wiring. This way you are not splicing or dicing ...I got the cable in two weeks from AliExpress... I have battery powered lights too...

Seriously bad advice... All bikes need adjustments over time. Online saves you a good chunk of change as your not paying the retailer to unbox your bike to sdet it up.. There are adjustments that need to be made on a regular basis. So you do need some tools unless you don't plan on riding your...

I tried this on my battery and then the battery wouldn't go in the frame and peeled off the tape.. But whatever works is the solution.

There's many suggestions through out this forum. If you use the search you will find lots of ideas. That being said I used the black plastic pieces that come in the box with the bike that protects the derailleur and use it as a shim between frame and battery..no more rattle..

I think this would still be considered buying online..But...their service and after service is excellent.

You don't want the seat post to go up and down..the tube the the seat post goes in is at an angle. If you have a cheaper suspension post it goes up and down and moves you closer and farther away from the handlebars..thus the design of the superior Suntour style.

There's nothing to it...its a piece of tubing with clamps...what's there to complain about. I could pick my bike up with it. Great addition for the bike if you want to add some lights horn and clock...if your interested or need this don't worry...I don't think there's one thing on this forum...
