Help requested re: whether to buy an ST2

Small world! They have been my bike store for a long time and I have always done well by them. I have an Evo Jet and this will be an upgrade for me.

Help requested re: whether to buy an ST2

Dear all, your posts are very encouraging and informative. I appreciate the time you have taken to give me your perspectives and to share your experiences. I am off to Croatia tomorrow, but when I return, I will visit my LBS (Bike Attack Electric in Santa Monica), test ride the bike again and...

Help requested re: whether to buy an ST2

I am strongly considering buying an ST2. I like the feel of the bike, the acceleration and power. I hesitate because of problems that have been reported in this forum - I commute with my bike and reliability is a top priority. Will you ST2 owners do me the kindness of considering these 2...

PS Ravi, do the Ortlieb panniers block the rear light from view? Thanks!

    Racktime bags

Ravi, I am leaning closer to purchasing an ST2. Since I bike to to work, and would use the ST2 of this, panniers are very important to me. Do you have any problem with the Ortlieb bags hitting the wheels? The ST2 rack doesn't seem to offer much structure to keep the panniers from contacting...

    New e-Rad Conversion

I have an Evo Jet with which I commute to work (4 to 5 miles each way). I am dressed for work - slacks, dress shirt (my tie is in my panniers). I use the throttle going to work on hot, humid days so that I arrive fresh and un-perspired.

    2016 ST Stromer

Josh, I am in LA as well. I have been going to Bike Attack for many years, back before they had an electric bike store in addition to their regular one. They have always treated me fairly. I am happy with the bikes I have purchased from them and with their service. They are straight forward.

Just Bought the 2015 OHM XS 750 sport

Hi. Thanks for your response. I ride an Evo Jet. It is a great bike but I am thinking of getting another (my wife can ride the Jet and I would like a bike that goes fast and is just fun to ride). Does your bike hit 28 mph on a flat road? Are you working hard to go that fast? I have been...

    Appreciation of the throttle

I have had my Evo Jet for some months now and just passed 1000 miles. I have been learning the differences between riding a regular vs. e-bike. When I first got the bike, I tried the throttle, didn't really see the point, and didn't use if for a few months. Now that the weather has turned hot...

New EBR Review - e-Rad/Bafang (Lectric Cycles)

Chris, will you please describe the difference between the e-Rad batteries and the All Cell batteries? Your website shows a 20.8 amp hour All Cell battery that raises my curiosity. Thanks
