I've been to a few stores but none had this type. I've got a few more to check but getting to them is a chore but I defo need to get my a** in to gear!

The sizes in the sketch are pretty accurate, I used a ruler several times just to make sure! I will double check again and feedback but I'm very sure the sizes are correct. Regarding the head height, yes I'm very sure I measured it correctly, it was about a third of length of the total screw...

Basically the shaft was too thin so the screw didn't sit correctly. The width of the head was also a few mm off so didn't cover the whole area where the screw goes in. I'm not sure of the extract terminologies so do excuse me! :) Attached is an old picture of where the actual screws go in for...

Unfortunately the one I ordered wasn't the same size, the head was smaller and the threaded part was too long.

Hey all, I am looking to upgrade my controller to a KT-22a but want to mount it to the frame using a box rather than leave it 'naked' attached to the frame. Do you know what size box the KT-22a controller would fit in? I've ordered a few off amazon but returned them as I couldn't get the size...

Hi all, I am looking for this screw but not sure if it's completely custom or if it's a standardised size. Long story short, I need three of these two of the original ones have been stripped so I can no longer open them. I know a size 3 allen key open them though. Any help will be appreciated!

@Tom@WashDC managed to get the screws of in preparation to install the new controller. I test the controller with monitor and it appears to have worked, not PAS though so few questions... For the PAS sensor plug, my KT-22 (see exact model here) has a female? plug while the original Tongsheng...

Yes, stripped! As they’re countersunk it’ll be a mission trying to get them out, I’ll need to get an extractor tool, drill them out then use a suitable replacement to fix the terminal back.

@Tom@WashDC My controller finally came but guess what? The hex bolts connecting the battery terminal have rounded off! Annoyed! Now I need to find replacements before using an extractor bit to take the rounded ones off! The bolts are countersunk M3 hex bolts but unsure of the exact size.

Hi @Tom@WashDC, got my LCD8 today but no controller! :( I did hook it up though and it powers on but doesn't appear to do anything... throttle definitely doesn't work. LCD8 does feel cheap though, doesn't feel as solid and the Aventon LCD !
