Sadly no. The replacement pegs that came with th e front rack are not the same material as the original ones. The longer new pegs are of a very hard shiny plastic and the originals were slightly squishy. I did try some replacement bottles and they very weakly click into place, the usual bottles...

I will try that right now. Last night it fell off just going down the road on some very innocuous tarmac, but two hours off road they stayed put. I think it hits a resonant frequency with full bottles, so by the time I hit the off road I have drunk some.
