It is lovely and traffic is NOT! That was why taking advantage of the bridge closure made a much more pleasant crossing of the lake. The Sammamish River Trail passes nearby St Michelle.

Specialized Turbo Creo 28mph Electric Road Bike

I have to admit, bike repair or swapping parts of not my thing. But by DRIVER, you don't mean the derailleur???? I would not mind giving my Creo and ME a bit better advantage on some of Seattle's hills.

Turbo Vado 650b's , anyone try Schwalbe Super Moto X ?

Sounds like a weapon. My housemate once stepped on one of these found on a jogging path. It was definitely intended to wound. I guess they were used to slow down invading forces that were on foot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caltrop

Following up regarding 2022 Como 5.0 defective fork

Give it up and DEMAND a refund. Or charge them a monthly rental fee as you would pay if you rented a bike from them for three months and counting!

I really like Schweinshaxe (ham hock). On one trip, I found one in a "fast food" deli type place. Pre-cooked. Brought it back to the hotel room and tossed it on the heater. My roommate was not impressed!

Abus Granit Xplus 540 U-lock experiences?

Good luck. I have so many locks and frankly don't really trust any of them which is why I have so many: "This one might be better, no this one, no that one....." I have the Abus Cafe on my Creo but generally don't leave it alone. A coffee shop about three weeks ago as I stepped into the...

Specialized Turbo Vado/Como/Tero/Tero X User Club

I like your experiment. What I have not ascertained is how it responds to approaching vehicles if you have it on BLINK mode. Blink uses a lot less battery. I know when the light is set for solid, it will blink to help alert rear approaching traffic. But if it is already on a blink mode, I...

Specialized Turbo Vado/Como/Tero/Tero X User Club

I presume that the EXTENDERS are threaded to match either Left or Right pedals? But as I found with my Creo after a bike shop screw up (no pun intended). They had accidentally reversed the cranks which reversed the pedals and I think would also reverse the pedal threads meaning that they...

ABUS frame locks for Vado/Como have arrived (and they fit/work!)

In my paranoid dreams. But pranks do happen. Although, if I recall I can leave the key in anyway. Frankly, I'd always preferred combination locks since there was no key to lose. I would always keep my cable-combination locks locked so that I could only use it if I remembered the...
