Funny how these "loan sharks" can demand $200 from customers on three days' notice, while at the same time they offered extra battery refunds (nearly $200) two weeks ago and nobody has seen a dime. I've emailed them twice about it and got the same non-reply as usual.

I believe it has to do with UPS shipping fees. Domestic US shipments are a lot cheaper than sending items outside of the US. Even if it's "only" going to Canada, the fee is still significantly higher. I wonder if SondorCo. is behind on their UPS payments, so UPS is refusing to ship international...

Yes it's simple, alright. Lots of simple things to be seen if you look hard enough. Here's a simple question for you: why aren't the people who put down their money back in February and sooner, AND paid all shipping fees in full - getting their bikes now?
