It's either that or something didn't get installed properly on the hub.. may be the cassette isn't installed properly on the freehub body?

If you need LBS support you should definitely buy from the LBS. But that doesn't necessarily mean better support than buying direct from manufacturer.

Perhaps you can leave the brake calliper off the mount and see if the issue occurs? That way you can identify if it is brake related or not.

If you spin the wheel with the rear wheel in the air, you should be able to tell if the tire isn't spinning round.

Is the vibration because the tire isn't seated properly on the rim? That would cause it.. Can you check?

If the local bike shop wasn't able to lace your new hub in a week or two, you should have just contacted us. We could have offered to build the wheel for you or ship a pre-built wheel for you. It sounds like the LBS replaced your freehub body, but didn't check if the ratchet ring is...

Use a flathead between the axle and the frame to slowly pull the motor off the frame..

If you want no speed limit cutoffs on each assist level, you should set speed% to 100 for all assist levels. Other than that, looks good!
