I recently got a 2020 Vado 3.0. The Class 3 PAS system is perfect, it really does feel like a better you just riding a bike. Haven't driven the car in a week. :P

I think it depends on the bike too, if you have a well integrated battery people barely notice its an ebike. So if you're travelling safely and ding your bell politely every so often, you blend in.

rode about 33 miles on my 2020 Vado 3.0 (1.2e motor, 460Wh), mostly eco mode, but used turbo to climb a few inclines and to go above 25 mph a few times. Ended up with 45% battery left.

Sorry had limited experience yesterday but pushed it more today :P

TBH i test drove a vado 3.0 and i didn't even shift down at a stop sign, and didn't notice i was starting in high gear either

Just test drove one of these, its gets you going quick but not too powerful that you feel out of control. think i'm going to get one.

I'm looking at getting a 2020 cube bike, the new design is slick and you get great value for the money. Was also looking at Haibike, but pretty sure Cube is going to produce what i want.

thanks for the feedback. unfortunately all the amazon reviews are only for the 55 lbs max version. the heavy might be too new.

Anyone use this one by Bikehand? Seems to have good reviews and the reviews authenticity got an A score on fakespot

There is a company that rebuilds batteries for about that price that I have heard of, they use panasonic, samsung, and LG cells only. Court did a video on them a while back. IMO i would wait until that battery needs to be rebuilt before getting it upgraded.
